Senior leader of HPI visited Heifer china

    From September19to26,2006,Dr. James De Vries, Senior Vice President for Program, Mr. James Neal, Chief Financial Officer, and Dr. Mahendra N. Lohani, Vice President of Asia/South Pacific Program, visited Heifer China .

    In the morning of September21, Heifer China staff held a welcome meeting for the leaders from HQ and shared the changes and development of Heifer China over the past2 and half years. Then leaders presented speeches to encourage Heifer China staff. Dr. Lohani said: “I see so many good things and impact you are practicing. I am very proud of you.”

    From Sept.21,accompanied by Mr. Chen Taiyong, Heifer China County Director, the three leaders met with Heifer China 's project partners in Lhasa and visited projects in Naidong County and Qusum County . Being received by local project families with traditional pageant, Mr. James Neal was very excited and said that “They are in a social harmony”.
