VBHCD Model ToT Workshops Held by Heifer China

From March 1 to May 31, Heifer China has conducted 4 Heifer Values Based Holistic Community Development (VBHCD) model training workshops to program staff, existing and potential project partners. Totally 23 staff, 17 project-based staff, 54 existing project partners, 15 potential project partners, 3 participants from other NGOs attended the workshops. After the workshops, participants gained common understanding of Heifer Values Based Holistic Community Development model, and mastered skills of trainings related to VBHCD model. In order to popularize Heifer VBHCD model in each project community, Heifer China plans to hold series of training workshops related to VBHCD model for program staff and partners.
